The average weight at maturity is between 8.5 to 12 ounces. These are standard-sized quail but could reach jumbo sizing (10+ ounces).

🐣 Incubation Tips (Quick Guide)
✔ Stabilize incubator to 99.5°F / 35–45% humidity
✔ Rest eggs 12–24 hrs before incubating
✔ Turn eggs 4× per day until Day 14
✔ Move to lockdown Day 14 — increase humidity to 65%
✔ Hatching typically begins Day 16–18
 
🔥 Brooding Basics
✔ Start chicks at 85–105°F (85°F cool zone, 105°F warm zone)
✔ Provide 28–30% starter crumble
✔ Lower brooder temp by ~5°F per week
✔ Switch to 16–22% layer feed after ~7 weeks
